Why create a Bishies club?
The Bishies club was created for all of us to bask in the beautiful bishies anime and manga creators throw upon us. From Fruit Baskets to Bleach we all can pick a favourite bishie to call our own so why not let the world know of our love for the characters?

What is a Bishie?
Bishie is short for Bish?nen a Japanese word that according to Wikipedia describes as a young man whos beauty transcends the boundary of sex. Meaning both men and women can't help but be astounded by their good looks.

Joining!
Joining is easy! Just follow the steps.
Send a note to the club with 'Join' in the heading.
Add in the body of text the name of your favourite bishie so we can display to everyone that he's your favourite!
Watch the club so you can see what's going on and the art others are submitting.

How to Submit Art
We accept any Bish?nen art, be it fan art or your own original creation. Anything pretty is allowed. Only boys though! No girls! XD
Send a Note titled 'Submitting Art' or 'contest' if you are entering it in a contest.
add the link to the art in the main body text.

Updates!
Those who are members already might have noticed that the club had been inactive for over a year. Well now it's back up and running and under a new owner.
I'm ~BlueStreaked , I noted ~Celestial-Alexiel who graciously allowed me to take the club over. So now we're back in business and the first thing to do will be to start a new membership drive and contest (details of which can be found below).
I hope I can make this club thrive so we can all relish in Bish?nen goodness!

Let's aim to get a hundred members to begin with! The hundredth member will get a feature in the Bishies Club journal!

Contest
Our first contest back will be to create an new avatar for the club. No restrictions just that it has to have our name somewhere in the image or animation. If it is an animation try not to make the frame delay time too fast, we want people to be able to read who we are! 0.5 seems to be a good setting.
Well hop to it! I hope to get many entries before the due date!
